My husband and I came for pre-purchase inspection. Called and Nick was able to take us in immediately while other places were not able to especially on short notice. Alvin did an exceptional job doing all the diagnostics and they both explained to us all issues found plus recommendations. We were so happy we brought back our other older car same day which had check engine light. They fixed it and Nick clearly explained everything. We live about an hour away and are willing to make that drive for this exceptional service and affordable pricing

I had a terrible experience with another mechanic and swore I would only take my Honda to well known shops. Someone recommended Left Lane and I reached out to Nick and he was so patient and responsive to all my questions! I have been there 3 times in less than 6 months for different issues and left lane has done a great job! I love the shop story that he and his daughter own it and that hit a soft spot for me as my dad turned wrenches! They have been honest, replied quickly to all questions and were able to get me in the shop quickly! Highly recommend Left Lane in Lakeland!

Highly recommend this shop- very professional, well priced and they get the job done in a timely manner. They were able to get me in and repair my AC in just a few hours. In addition, they repaired a piece that was hanging off beneath my car free of cost. 5 stars 🙂

I took my car there about a week ago and it started out with a lug bolt being stripped out. I had just taken these wheels off not a month ago and none were stripped. The mechanic said it wasn’t his fault yet I watched him hammer a rounded off impact socket onto a giant Milwaukee impact and proceed to go full speed and strip it out even more. He got an attitude with me when I saw this and said he will take it off, but don’t tell him it’s his fault. I said whatever, just get it off, I’ll buy a new lug bolt. After a while being inside I decided to go out and see the progress. He was putting the last wheel back on when I noticed there were weights in many different spots around the wheel. When I told him that’s not balanced right, he then started with the “I know what I’m doing, my machine doesn’t lie”. So I just said put them on, I’ll take it somewhere else to balance them the right way. Mind you the only reason I brought my car here is because I don’t have my own tire mounting and balancing equipment. I’ve been a mechanic for years but began working in factories instead of auto shops. I paid them $70 and left. Today I went to clean up the threads on all my wheel hubs and replace all

Stay away from this shop. I had Nick do a swap in my g37 and I had to pay $200 to get it fixed at Nissian after giving them 3 chances. They kept sending me home with my car in limp mode because they couldn't figure out the issue. See videos. It was a vacuum line they had going to the wrong place and said one line was completely twisted. See 1st pic. Then they told me the pully was broke on the new engine and couldn't use the one off my old one for some reason. BTW it was the bolt they remove to take off the serpentine belt before they pull the engine. See pic. I still have a 90 warranty on the engine that's running fine, NOW. I forgot to mention it looked like they cracked my transmission and welded it back. See first few pics. TBH there is no professionalism/communication here. This after telling me it would take 3 days to fininish and never calling me to tell me he had to hire a new mechanic adding to the days. He didn't give the instructions on the aftermarket headers to the new mechanic because he said that I was supposed to. Now its my job to do his. The shop had every excuse on why it took 5 days to even remove the old engine even after the new one was sitting there when I dr
